Vytarise offers health supplements, nutraceuticals and wellness products.

Product information, ingredients, nutritional information, recommended usage and other details are provided for informational purposes and should always be read together with the product label.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease unless expressly permitted under applicable law.

3. Health & Safety

Please read the product label, ingredients, usage instructions and warnings before consumption.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are taking medication, have allergies or have any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

Do not exceed the recommended serving.

Products should be stored as instructed on the packaging and kept away from children unless specifically intended for them.

4. Eligibility

5. Orders

An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Vytarise reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in such circumstances. If payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. Vytarise does not ordinarily store complete card or banking credentials.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

Vytarise may verify COD orders through calls, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication channels.

We reserve the right to restrict COD availability where an order or customer history indicates repeated failed deliveries, refusals or suspected misuse.

8. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours of successful order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because Vytarise products are consumable wellness products, all sales are final.

Returns, replacements or refunds are accepted only where the product received is:

* Damaged;
* Leaking or visibly tampered with;
* Expired at the time of delivery; or
* Materially different from the product ordered.

Such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
